Course DescriptionThe course has been created in order to provide senior officers working in operations and training the fundamentals of SP function, activities, and tasks enabling an understanding of the important role of SP in current and future operations.
Course NotesThe application form will be available on the web site. Two free seats for student coming from Sponsoring Nations (SN) (the receiving date of Application/ Registration is the reference criterion).

Aim of the CourseTo provide Senior Officers from all type of forces, who can be deployed in NATO operations and/or can have a relevant role in operations and exercise planning process, with the basic understanding of SP (AJP 3.22).

Pass/Fail criteriaThe certificate of completion or certificate of attendance will be given to the students depending on their assessment provided by the lecturers during the course. The assessment includes the involvement, willingness to constructive participation, activity during the lesson as well as ability to transfer gained knowledge into practice. The students also must attend at least 80% of the lessons in order to be certified.
