Learning Objectives1. Comprehend Concept Development Process: Given references, the student will be able to participate in a CD&E working group in the development of an initial plan and detailed concept document. 2. Test the Concept: Given references, the student will be able to work with an experimentation team in refining a concept using a valid experimental set up, determine the conditions for a “valid” experiment, set up an experimentation team, execute the experiment, and refine a concept based on results of the experimentation. 3. Connect the Concept Development & Experimentation with Capability Development Process: Given references, the student will be able to determine the CD&E inputs required for the capability development process.
