User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of this NATO Learning Management System (LMS). Failure to abide by the terms set forth in this notice will result in being denied further access and may also result in referral to appropriate authorities for administrative, disciplinary, or criminal investigation. As a requirement for access to and use of this Site, you agree not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language or to place on the Site any material that is defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. Further, you may not place on the Site any material that violates NATO security regulations, is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorised advertising, invades anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates law or regulation. The Service Provider will not accept liability for material provided to the Site including but not limited to text, photographs and sound. Service Provider does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted on bulletin boards, forums or otherwise contained in the Site. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements, and do not necessarily represent the views of the Service Provider or its third-party providers.

By registering your details in electronic Individual Training and Education Programme (e-ITEP), you are consenting to your details being synchronised with the Human Resources Data Services (HRDS) Automated Personnel Management System (APMS) and further exchanged between APMS and the NATO Enterprise Directory Services (NEDS).

APMS will authenticate the information held within its database against the information you provide and return its latest official dataset to e-ITEP as confirmation. All requests for exchange of information will be approved through the HRDS working group and Individual Training and Education Planning Board (IPB), prior to any release. You have the right to request from HRDS the actual list of approved data exchanges via NEDS.
